CI를 돌릴때 캐싱이 제대로 적용되지 않는 이슈

Summary

• Git Action내에서 CI를 돌릴때 처음 캐싱을 제대로 받아오지 못하는 이슈가 있습니다.
• 최근 파일 정리차 쌓여있던 캐시를 삭제하였습니다.

Expected behavior

• 현재 PR내에서 CI가 중복적으로 돌아갈때는 캐싱키를 인식하지만 처음 PR을 했을때 CI가 돌아갈때 캐싱키를 제대로 인식하지 못하고 있습니다.

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the problem

• 맨처음 코드가 바뀌고 CI를 실행할때 이슈발생

Environment

• Version: 2vCPU 7GB RAM 14GB SSD

Possible fix

• turbo키를 sha를 제외해서 최신 키 가져옴
• turbo 캐싱키를 저장할때 날짜를 지정함.
