Generated binding needs gtk-sharp-3.0 even if the gir does not depend on gtk #7

I used bindinate to generate binding for TelepathyGlib, but when building the generated binding, configure fails because it require gtk-sharp-3.0. Since libtelepathy-glib does not depend on GTK, I don't think its binding should...
