Animation issue #22
Description
right now (or at least in the version on https://shape-vis.github.io/BuckarooVisualWrangler/data_cleaning_vis_tool.html) everything is animated from zero rather than from it's current position. This can give some amount of difference intuition but a cleaner version would have them change from the current state to the new state rather than reanimating through zero.
This obviously might be challenging to address if the current strategey uses a delete and refresh strategy for the chart, but it would also make it much smoother/cleaner
