Approval tx for limit orders not showing as confirmed before able to place order

Overview

Ive noticed a few times this week when testing different wallets that the approval notification doesn't always update to confirmed and remains as pending even though you can progress and place the limit order.

Acceptance Criteria

Once the approval tx have been a success on the blockchain it should change to confirmed
