add example of how to ingest JSON

It would be great if someone could add an example of how to ingest JSON to the matcher, along with example JSON data files.

@jn01674361 digging into the source code, it looks like the JSON parsing is done very crudely, and doesn't really work. Going to try to submit a PR to address the issue.
