Speed pbf version mismatch with ref-system

Hi,
I used map matcher to generate speed pbf files, the proto version seemed to be different from the one used in sharedstreets-pbf. So it would not parse the data right. I tried to use the proto file in shared-streets-ref but the data I parsed had few fields missing like referenceLength.
So I thought the versions are all different, I wanted to check which proto file the matcher uses to generate its data.

It seems the matcher uses the latest proto file but it doesn't fill all fields, for example, it excludes speedSummaryByPeriod field.
