I haven't included the scripts I used to generate the training data nor the example scripts that I used to train the models and generate everything. I should include this in case I want to extend stuff in the future or other people would like to exactly replicate what I'd done.
Also should include the assessment scripts that were used to generate the plots for the paper and results, but some of this might require significant reorganization and effort.
