LDMUD versions

Exash has pointed out that attempting to run simud on a modern version of ldmud causes a huge storm of errors.

Until the codebase can be sanitized, versions of ldmud other than the one simud originally ran under are deprecated.

First task for this issue: figure out which version of LDMUD was originally running Walraven.
