I'm not quite sure how far this project should be expanded - but I would like to suggest the following features:

In the past there was an app called floating draw. I think you can still get it using apkpure: https://apkpure.com/floating-draw/onscreen.draw

One thing I missed is something like a laser pointer - this app for example also has a laser pointer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.safaorhan.muallim
