Menu glitch when switching steps

When switching between steps, the step indicator on the bottom doesn't change until you tap the screen a second time, not allowing you to advance to the next step. For example

1. Tap "New Time-lapse"
2. Screen changes to Step 2 but the indicator on the bottom stays on Step 1 and the sub-menu showing # of exposures, radian and timelapse length doesn't show.
3. You can't advance to Step 3 until you tap the screen again (which also makes the sub-menu appear)
4. Tap the back or forward arrow and the screen changes to the appropriate step, but the step indicator stays the same until you tap the screen a second time.

might be fixed with the new apk, we told him to install. we'll see what he says!

Have we seen this in any other phone? @shibbs can you reproduce this on yours?
