What you are offering here sounds brilliant, but many folks wont have the time to set up GIT repository and do all that you suggest in docs.
May I humbly suggest you run off a user distro every few months so that you can get a user base. That way, you should attract many more users and potentially more donors and contributors.

(I was wondering why after I downloaded MAIN that there was no install path. It took a while to find the docs which explained what needed be done).

BTW Im just putting the finishing touches on a review/compare of The Hosting Tool vs Box Billing and would love to include your distro as well if you can provide the source in a user-friendly form.

thanks for your interest in ShineISP. This project is outdated. We are using it since the first commit of the code but it is not ready for all the users.

The new version uses the last version of Zend Framework.
