500 error on create pull request

Seems the code for creating a pull request was not updated for some time, and now it's failing. I've removed it from the live site, so it can be tested only localy.

Are you have meant the route create_pr ?

The route is working, but when sending the command to the docker image we get a 500

Probably error 500 can be if some of parameters are missing.
Docker receive next parameters: /:buildId/:screenshotIds/:newBranch/:accessToken
May better to set logger for that and waiting for error.

Also error if a branch with this name already exist.
