Add metrics for Infrastructure

Improvement

Provide metrics about the infrastructure status of the redis/db/s3 connection when possible

Reason

This will help us to see if we have done mistakes or the customer if we get an 500 error code

Information

• S3 could be a problem with the irsa, so we should allow to disable it
• Per Default disable it

Definition of Done

• Metrics can be scraped and shows the information of the db connection
• Metrics can be scraped and shows the information of all redis connections
• Metrics can be scraped and shows the information about the s3 connection

Side Note for Product: Disable Datadog alert for 500 error codes, at least no alerting in slack
