This file is missing in the repository. The lack of this file prevents me from figuring out how the IM3D application does the computational part of the ion implantation.

Thanks for writing, though unfortunately our Chinese collaborators have refused to open-source there two files (.h and .c, but .o is made during compilation). We've effectively abandoned the project because our collaborators refuse to open-source their portions, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
