Optional translation step #35
Description
Check if vision can reliably extract e.g. russian text.
Then add a translation step afterwards.
Being able to ingest a body of work from anywhere in the world seems very useful.
To simply prepare for later translation, while not actually translating yet, we could add a "language" field to the AiChunking promt/schema in the meantime.
