composer unable to install/update

As mentioned in the read-me, I added "shvetsgroup/parallelrunner": "*" to composer.json, but composer is complaining: "Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.""

Problem 1
- The requested package shvetsgroup/parallelrunner could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

Any clues?

I changed "" to "@dev" since there are no tags in repo and it worked!

That's because composer assumes stable versions are tagged.

It would be nice if this package was tagged btw ;) otherwise instructions are wrong (should ask to install dev-master not *)

Please tag a release. It makes everything so much easier in composer.
