Feature Request: allow choosing file names when saving images

Adding the city name in the saved image would be a great benefit for people sharing

Thanks for the suggestion!
I think that's a little tricky because the title is a separate HTML element, and I think vega (the plotting library) only lets you export exactly what's within the chart window. But I can look into it!
