ES6 node-ptv libray

The index file can be ES6ed which should help in transitioning to a future use of node-ptv

hi @mellisdesigns ! what exactly you mean by es6-fication? Also that would require addition build/prepublish step - at the moment looks like too much for such a small library

The current version of node supports ES6 out of the box. I actually forked your repo and was planning on making it work for V3 of PTV API. Quite of a few of the endpoints have changed. Did you have plans to update this to use V3?

EDIT: I would be happy to replicate what you already have into V3 of the API. My current PR was a little premature 💃
