As a GitHub-authenticated user, I can toggle a Dashboard setting which enables gist integrations in supported Discord servers.

Via the Dashboard, allow the user to grant or revoke their authorization to have the application create or append to gist files. Implement this feature as a PATCH request to the /auth/github route.
