Create endpoints to support challenge-based apps #9
Description
Members undertaking a streak challenge, like 100 Days of Code, need to have their day-streak milestones acknowledged across all affiliate servers in which they hold a membership. They also need to have the option to receive warnings when they are imminently close to losing their day-streak.
Coordinate with @MikaelAbehsera to further specify these features.
