As a Rubber Duck user, I can begin a debugging session by joining a Debugging user in a waiting room. #4
Description
When a rubber duck user enters a specified voice channel populated by the requesting Debug user and as directed by the automation:
- generate a new, 2-person limited voice channel
- revoke permissions from these users to enter the original voice channel
- move these users to the generated channel
- remove the rubber duck user from the pool of available rubber duck users
- reset the user limit of the original voice channel to one
- revoke the rubber duck role's exclusive access to the original voice channel
