Create a "Rush Intervals" - client

1. on the Parkings Page create bottom buttons:
   [ 5 ] [ 10 ] [ 15 ] [ 20 ] [ 25 ]

• 5,10,15...25 - minutes from marker was set

2. bind Rush Intervals index with buttons status -
   while 1 interval [ 5 ] button is pressed
   2 => [ 15 ]
   3 => [ 25 ]
