Strange Bug invoking Flash Player Debug from TM #15

Hello,
I have recently updated to Snow Leopard and installed the SDK and FP Debug builds and when I am hitting CMD+R the FP hangs and need wo force kill process. If I, otherwise, double click the SWF manually within the TM project file browser it works fine. Any clues? Somebody had this issue and could fix it? This is really weird. I thought it was just a temporary problem, but after restarting keeps happening.
Btw, I think it started to happen right after updating the support folder for making auto-import command work:
