Fallback Language Config

I see that version 0.2.18 already includes Fallback Language Config. I’m currently using version 0.2.21, but I can’t see or understand how to configure this. In the graphical interface, there’s a field with a default value of “null” under “Settings,” but I don’t know what to enter there. And in the config file, I don’t know where or what to write.

In master branch - please try Default Language from Settings UI:

It works partially. I configured Bash, and syntax highlighting works, but the system didn't pick up the values for comment_prefix, show_whitespace_tabs, and use_tabs.
