how to navigate root dir on explorer

Hi,
After runing sudo fresh i am enabling file explorer (CTRL+B) but i see my "home" dir only and can't navigate to root.
I can use "File -> Open" to navigate to the root but not on file explorer on side panel.

Try: fresh / Fresh operates on a "working dir", used as the project dir for LSP, plugins etc The default dir is where you start fresh unless you pass it as a cli param By design the file explorer is based on that dir. You can also use File... Switch project to change it

I tried it and i could open and edit some files, e.g. /etc/environment. What exactly do you mean by "doesn't work"?

By the way fresh supports "save via sudo" flow, you can run fresh without sudo (e.g. "fresh /") and open a file and when you try to save, it should prompt you to use sudo.

How did you invoke fresh in this case? i.e. "fresh path/to/file" or just "fresh"? or "fresh path/to/dir"

I used "sudo fresh path/to/file" and "fresh path/to/file"

"fresh path/to/dir"

"fresh path/to/dir" and "sudo fresh path/to/dir" shows only that specific dir, still can't navigate other than that.

"fresh" and "sudo fresh" shows home dir and can't navigate other than that.
