PHP is still a very common and popular means of implementation all around the world.

I'm aware the main entry point for the docs is this:

But because either the doc is difficult to understand or maybe I'm not good enough, I have to rely on google too.

It points me to this page:

Can I know if this page is still valid?
Because I do not see any part of the left-nav highlighted, so am wondering.
