Program crash when device image have a lot of pixels. Тhe problem appears at a size 600x600px at least.

Sound control panel - Propertry - Change Icon - pick image 600x600. crash. The image was made using gimp and exported as .ico. 64x64px problem does not appear.

From what I've found .ICO file larger than 256x256 aren't supported by the file format itself:
