Default Settings Adjustment for image-jack Extension

First of all, thank you for the great extension and the fast support for TYPO3 v13! I recently switched from another well-known TYPO3 extension to image-jack and really appreciate its features.

However, I would like to suggest a discussion about the default settings:

-sharpen 1 -quality 75 -define webp:lossless=false -define webp:method=6

I strongly recommend removing the -sharpen option, as it significantly degraded the quality of my images. The sharpening effect was too strong and negatively impacted the overall appearance.

Somewhere, I once saw this configuration:
image/jpeg::-quality 85 -define webp:lossless=false|image/png::-quality 75 -define webp:lossless=true|image/gif::-quality 85 -define webp:lossless=true
