Search for classes by instructor name

Hello. The Thing site is great for building a schedule. It would be even more helpful if one could search on the instructor's name, or perhaps even better, have the text-only list of instructors be active links that show the classes they are teaching.

This would be particularly useful to members of the polling orders so that they can find the classes being taught by those under consideration for induction into the orders, or to anyone who wants to find some particular instructor.
