List of ubiquitous Windows APIs that are safe to emit direct calls for

APIs rarely used and not available on all Windows editions (including Windows 7 and Windows Nano) were removed.

I feel this list is kind of useless without knowing the OS versions the APIs show up in.
Note that learn.microsoft.com is frequently wrong.
Maybe a better source could be the def files from the mingw-w64 source.

They pushed it back as far as Windows 7 and also kept it as a common subset across all Windows versions from Windows 7 onward.
