Pull-up resistors of ISA bus

I would recommend adding pull-up resistors to some of the ISA bus signals. Most notably the IORDY signal, as it doesn't work reliably without it. It seems the FE2010 has no internal resistors. I would also recommend adding a pull-up resistor to the IRQ and DRQ lines, as the original XT board has these resistors. Other than that, the motherboard is a great job.
