New Item: Bottle of Slowing Poison

• Can be thrown
• If a creature is hit, permanently reduce it's speed by 'X'

How to get one

When giving a set of three 'intact poison glands' to the wizard:

• Dialog asking what you want, then realizing the potential. He can combine it with (some other reagent) to create a slowing poison. If you can bring back the gland from a 'king toad', he could make an even more potent version
  • Gives player 'bottle of slowing poison', with instructions to just hurl it at whatever you want to slow... works quickly on contact
• Second one he indicates he doesn't have an infinite supply of reagents, and mentions that you have other tasks you should be completing
  • Gives player 'bottle of slowing poison',
• Third time he says he can't do anything with hit
