Is there an option to make it not create a folder for each day of stories? I like the subfolder for each username, but that is a bit much for me and I couldnt find an option to change that

Just change this in the snapchat_dl.py file:
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python**\Lib\site-packages\snapchat_dl

dir_name = os.path.join(self.directory_prefix, username, date_str)

to

dir_name = os.path.join(self.directory_prefix, username)
