GitHub actions integration #3
Description
Setup GitHub actions to build for:
- linux-x86_64
- RTEMS 4.X
- RTEMS 6.X
We can start with linux-x86_64 only.
Should also add a CODEOWNERS file to automatically request review from the relevant parties.
