Removing the `vitepress-plugin-llms` plugin

Hi! Thanks for using this plugin, but unfortunately it doesn't make sense here, because LLM doesn't need documentation in different languages ​​and only English is enough for it, besides, English documentation is fresher because it takes more time to translate into other languages.

So I ask you to remove this plugin.

Sure! Maybe we can introduce a constant flag in the main repo to toggle it, while the translation forks just disable the flag (easier for syncing)?

I’m thinking of adding toggle logic in vite.config.ts as below. Does this approach make sense?
