Switch to Salt masterless in Vagrant configuration

• Ansible seems to have to much bugs related to passing stuff from STDIN and sometimes lagging behind not supporting the most recent version of Virtualbox
• Salt has a cleaner architecture and doesn't have the above mentioned bugs
