Will the scripts be ever updated for May 2022 and make more sense?

I've been noticing this repo has been dormant ever since April 2021. And since it's March 2022 right now, many people have picked up on the current quirks of the current implementation, including what is arguable the weirdest things that it provides, like the following:

(I'm focusing on cc_covenant_v1.cash)

1. A 150-block wait before BCH is qualified?
2. operatorAddrHash only has three operators in the script. Doesn't SmartBCH have like, 50-100 validators/miners?
3. Another 150 blocks just for the validators to vote if the transaction is legit?
4. Where's the rest of the code so that SmartBCH gives the appropriately "voted-in" BCH afterward?
