Issue with MM-lattice finder #20
Description
The MM-lattice finder doesn't quite find the right geometry because of holes near the edge of the View-mag image. The holes that are not fully embedded in the image are not picked correctly on they center point, skewing the geometry calculation.
One simple fix would be to remove all the holes that are picked within one hole radius from the edge before calculating the geometry.
