Ruby 3.0.0 Support

Was looking at upgrading on of my projects to the latest ruby version before upgrading rails to match, and ran into this dependency issue.

Bundler found conflicting requirements for the Ruby version:
  In Gemfile:
    Ruby (~> 3.0.0)

    smartsheet (>= 1.0.0) was resolved to 2.101.1, which depends on
      Ruby (~> 2.2)

Is this something that will have support moving forward?

Even though Ruby 3.0 is now quite old, it is still not supported...

smartsheet-2.101.1 requires ruby version ~> 2.2, which is incompatible with the current version, ruby 3.0.4p208
