Date all the feeds were last updated

It would be useful to have the date that all the feeds were last updated. It exists on the old planetplanet version.

FYI: This is already included use site.fetched for the last update for the feeds (fetch via HTTP) and use site.updated for the last subscription list update (via planet.ini). Let me know if anything is missing. Cheers.
