Replace BotBooster by PBChangeSource/SVNPoller #56
Description
The BotBooster does its job very well but this can change if the Waterfall
force forms change their url or something.
Additionally it's not efficient to maintain a separate tool with
functionality that can be done by the Buildbot inself.
So, the BotBooster should be replaced by PBChangeSource listeners or an
SVNPoller that checks for new CWS to build.
