Able to change topic category and retrieve it (as changed) #64
Description
AS a Content Creator
I WANT TO change category to existing topic
SO THAT topics can change categories
AC
GIVEN editor page, existing topic loaded
WHEN I type text/choose in category input box
THEN I can save the article with this updated category
AC
GIVEN I have edited the category of a previous article
WHEN choose this topic from the dashboard
THEN it loads in editor page with the updated category
