Easily choose a category from list of existing categories #65
Description
AS A Content Creator
I WANT TO see the existing categories already created
SO THAT I may choose one or decide to create new category
AC
GIVEN editor page, existing topic loaded
WHEN user wants to see list of existing categories
THEN there should be an obvious way to see the list
(backspacing away the "categorized" is not considered obvious from user perspective)
AC
GIVEN editor page, existing topic loaded
WHEN user easily choose 1 existing category from list
THEN topic can be saved
AND can be retrieved from dashboard with the chosen category shown (in editor)
