Database marker gene file "phyeco.map" has wrong genome_id label

I'm using the default databsae v1.2. In the file $PATH_TO_DB/maker_genes/phyeco.map, the label genome_id is mostly 1408422.3 (which seems to be Alkaliphilus_transvaalensis_60415) instead of the correct id corresponding to the value in species_id. 

Not sure if this affects any functions in MIDAS. Not sure if building custom database result in the same error.
