build custom database error #124
Description
when I build database by build_midas_db.py, I got an error information.
Error message:
Error: File existence/permissions problem in trying to open HMM file /opt/miniconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/midas/build/phyeco.hmm.
HMM file /opt/miniconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/midas/build/phyeco.hmm not found (nor an .h3m binary of it)
