Use hostname as node id. #78
Description
We should add a parameter in the configuration file for controlling the id generation of node id.
RandomUID, hostname ... (other ? )
Using hostname can be great if we want to have reproductibily on g5k (for example).
The user can indeed create a submission plan a give it to snooze in order to deploy its vms.
