Create cases for FMRD schema tests

Develop test cases for FMRD schema using PostgreSQL test tools.

Rolling over this task to FMRD-SQL 1.2.0

Bug in pg_regress will force upgrade to PostgreSQL version 9.1. Will make this task independent of release milestones. To develop, should create a test branch and merge changes to club and national team branches.
