Robocop Bike Shedding

Sorry to bikeshed, but is there any chance this Robocop rule could be removed?

lib/ffi/clang/types/type.rb:151:1: C: [Correctable] Layout/ConsistentBlankLineIndentation: Blank lines must have the correct indentation.

I spent more time fixing that issue than the actual content of the PRs I submitted. I use RubyMine, which of course has the exact opposite setting to strip all trailing white space (which seems a lot more consistent?). And yes I had to turn off that setting, took a while to find it, but then I had to go fix all the all the blank lines. That was .... hmm... tedious.
