Not handled error when eas command fails

Current result

When running ci-cli with old version of eas-cli the spawned proces failed and is not handler properly.

Expected result

ci-cli should handle the error and skip remaining steps or ask user what to do

It looks like eas-cli doesn't post messages to stderr
