We have started to utisise the email function on lowFAT to email Fellows when we have a query with their claim. While the email sent from lowFAT is recorded, the Fellows' reply goes to the Fellowship Management Team.
This is ususally saved in the PMO Fellows expense claim folder, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to record the response or save the email to.
Is this something we need?
Should the Fellow be able to reply directly to lowFAT (Is this even possible)?
